You never know when you are going to need some printable star templates. In this post, you’ll find many different-sized star printables.
Stars are such a basic but fun shape that we seem to need all the time. This shape is not only popular for holidays like the 4th of July and Christmas, but it’s a shape that we use all the time.
There are so many ways to use the star printables. You could print them on colored paper and cut them out for decorating, use them for tracing, or just color them for fun. There are so many possibilities when it comes to these stars!
Printable Star Templates
Below you will find nine downloadable free pdf printable star templates. These printables are made to be printed on standard 8.5” x 11” printer paper.
You could also print them out on cardstock or colored paper depending on what you need the stars for.
At the top of this post, you will find the largest star outlines and as you go to the bottom of the post the stars get smaller.
The last two templates at the bottom of the page include a mix of different stars all on one page.

Full Page 7.5” Star Template
This is the largest star out of all the printables. It includes a 7.5” star on a full sheet of standard 8.5” x 11” paper. A large star outline can be used for tracing, coloring, or crafts.
Extra Large 5” Star Printable
If you need a star that is a bit smaller than an entire page, this printable comes with two 5” stars on one paper.
Large 4” Star Outlines
This printable includes three large 4” stars on one page. These are perfect for crafting or coloring.
Large/Medium 3.5” Printable Stars
This star printable includes four 3.5” stars. If you are not sure what size star you need for your project then this might be the perfect starting size for you to try.
Medium 3” Star Printable
These medium stars are 3” and there are a total of 6 stars included on the printable.
Small 2” Star Printables
If you need smaller stars, then these 2” stars might be perfect. The printable includes a total of twelve stars.
Extra Small 1.5” Star Templates
These are the smallest stars out of all the printables. It includes twenty 1.5” stars. If you need lots of little stars then this will be the perfect template for you.
